Neocomatella europaea
Tegmen with central anal papilla and submarginal mouth. Centrodorsal discoidal; cirrus sockets one or two deep around centrodorsal. Cirri 10–33, up to 12 mm long, consisting of 13–15 segments; longest segments c4 or c5; distal segments with small dorsal spine. Arms 17–20, about 40–50 mm long. IBr and IIBr series always present, consisting of two brachials each; IIIBr series rarely present. Pinnule combs present. Specimen (preserved) dark grey to white.
